Most no-code tools work until the day your process does something they did not anticipate. InfoLobby is built for what happens after that.

It starts the same way: tables with real field types, relationships and rollups, shown as grids, kanban boards, calendars or galleries, with permissions per workspace. Every record carries the work around it, so tasks with owners and due dates, comments, attached files and a full change history live next to the data instead of in four other tools.

Automation is a visual flow builder that triggers on record changes, schedules, form submissions and inbound webhooks, and reaches across every table in the workspace. When a requirement does not fit the builder, PHPScript gives you code inside the same flow, and any REST API is one step away.

The platform also has an outside: public web forms you can embed, electronic signatures, inbound email, webhooks and a documented public REST API over your own data. Bring your own keys for SMTP and OpenAI, or connect your own MySQL server and S3 storage if you want to.

The database, storage, mail and upgrades are managed for you. Pricing is flat and monthly with unlimited users on every plan, so putting the whole team on the system does not cost more.
