TalentWeLove is a recruiting company that built the software its own recruiters work in, then opened it up to clients. Searches run across eight departments: AI and engineering, sales, recruiting and HR, product, finance, marketing, design, and customer success. Clients commission a search in the dashboard and follow it without having to email anyone for a status update. The central promise is contractual rather than aspirational: at least three qualified, pre-vetted candidates inside 14 days of kickoff, written into the agreement as clause 4 rather than printed on a banner. On a one-off permanent placement there is no upfront fee, and if the deadline is missed the search continues at no extra cost until the shortlist exists. Two service lines are offered. Managed, where our team runs the search, and DIY, where the client runs it with our tooling. Fees are published on the pricing page with an estimator, rather than held back for a sales call.
