It supervises agents while you are away, restores interrupted sessions, and recovers from recoverable failures without sending your repository elsewhere. Relay works directly on your machine with the tools and conventions already in your repo.

It remembers session settings, runs the checks you configure, and produces signed receipts that can be reopened and verified. Those receipts provide evidence about the configured checks—not a blanket claim that code is correct, secure, or ready to ship. Developers remain in control of review and release decisions.
