We built this tool because every time we ran a sale, three things went wrong:
Different channels showed different prices. Web, app, and in‑store POS each had their own promo code hacks, so a “20 % off” campaign looked like 18 % here and 25 % there.
Discounts stacked and killed margin. Customers combined coupons nobody expected, and we discovered it only after the numbers tanked.
Marketing was blocked by code deploys. A simple flash sale meant touching five codebases and a last‑minute all‑hands QA scramble.
We couldn’t find a single tool that fixed all three—so we built one.
