The platform is organised around three modular agents:

Carbon Agent (live today) ingests IFC models, maps materials to established embodied carbon databases, benchmarks results against RIBA and LETI-style bands, highlights reduction opportunities, and produces dashboards and report-ready exports (including PDF and tiered CSV/JSON for higher plans).

Defect Agent (roadmap) will apply computer vision to site photography to flag issues such as structural defects through to triage by severity, and link findings to model elements for consistent, auditable QA.

Resilience Agent (roadmap) will overlay climate projection data on the building model to score flood, heat, and wind exposure and support practical design adaptations.
