Cerulea is an AI-enabled, No-Code, Modular Layer 1 blockchain infrastructure platform that fundamentally transforms how organizations adopt and deploy decentralized technology. Cerulea allows users to build, configure, deploy, and manage blockchain-backed applications and private networks through a unified, no-code platform. Users can define application logic, manage data structures, set access controls, and execute deployment settings without writing a single line of code.

What does Cerulea help with?

Key Features: 1.Fully no-code blockchain deployment. Building a blockchain product from scratch normally requires a team with at least four distinct specializations working in sequence: blockchain protocol engineers to set up the network, smart contract developers to write and audit the application logic, DevOps engineers to handle infrastructure and hosting, and security specialists to harden the deployment. Most enterprises and governments do not have all four in-house at the same time. Cerulea replaces that entire sequence with a single guided workflow in Studio. The user defines what they need, configures it through the interface, and deploys. No code is written at any stage.

2.Cerulea Studio: one interface for everything. Most blockchain platforms separate their tools. Network configuration happens in one place, contract development in another, infrastructure through a CLI, monitoring through a third-party dashboard, and upgrades handled manually. Studio collapses all of that into one interface. A user starts a new deployment in Studio, configures the chain architecture, sets up the application, runs a pre-production simulation, manages the hosting environment, handles upgrades, and monitors the live system, all without leaving the platform. The complete lifecycle of a blockchain deployment, from first configuration to production operation, happens inside Studio.

3.Modular platform architecture: Every component in the Cerulea platform, from the consensus layer to the identity service to the governance module, is independently deployable and configurable. A client deploying a simple dApp does not inherit the overhead of a full enterprise private chain setup. A government client running a private chain does not share infrastructure or configuration with any other deployment. The platform adapts to the scope of the deployment, not the other way around. This modularity also means individual platform components can be upgraded independently. Updating the governance module does not require touching the consensus layer. Updating the API layer does not require redeploying the chain. Each piece evolves on its own schedule without forcing a change everywhere else.

4.Dual-chain architecture by design: Cerulea runs two structurally independent networks. The Public Chain is open, permissionless, and verifiable by anyone. Cerulea Private is access-controlled and purpose-built for enterprise and government environments that require data isolation. Both run on the same protocol and tooling, but neither is a subset or configuration of the other. They are distinct networks that share the same foundation.

5.DCF: Cerulea's custom consensus engine: DCF is the mechanism by which all nodes on a Cerulea network agree on the state of the chain. It was built in-house, which means every parameter, including how quickly blocks are finalized, how validators are selected under load, and how the consensus rules themselves can be updated, is under Cerulea's direct control. No dependency on an external protocol means no inherited limitations from one either.
