Aptite — Your eating coach, in and out. Eat on target, anywhere

Lifestyle & HealthAI AssistantSubscription
Aptite is a free AI eating coach that tells you what to order to hit your nutrition goal, whether you’re at a restaurant or cooking at home. It ranks nearby menus against your personal daily target, adjusts that target to your recovery data from WHOOP or Apple Health, and shows macros as honest ranges with confidence grades instead of invented single numbers.

What does Aptite help with?

Most nutrition apps count what you already ate. Aptite tells you what to eat next. Built around the moment most diets fail, staring at a menu with no nutrition label, Aptite scans restaurant menus (chains and independents alike) and ranks every dish against your personal daily target in real time, whether you eat high-protein, low-carb, keto, or vegan. Instead of a static macro goal, it combines your stated objective with recovery data pulled from WHOOP or Apple Health, so a low-recovery day shifts the day’s recommendations automatically. Every calorie and macro estimate is displayed as a range tagged with an A, B, or C confidence grade and clearly labeled as AI-generated, and users can weigh meals and correct estimates to improve accuracy over time. Coverage is community-built: any user can photograph a menu or drop a link to add a missing restaurant, and it becomes available to everyone in that city. Aptite launched publicly on August 28, 2026 with full coverage in Boston and Miami, tracking more than 2,000 restaurants and over 160,000 individually ranked dishes, per TechBullion. It also ships a coach layer for personal trainers and nutritionists: a consent-based private dashboard where a coach sets a client’s goal and monitors weekly adherence without seeing the client’s underlying health data, with referral codes that track each client back to the coach, as described in the coach-tools announcement. One-tap logging covers home-cooked meals, so the coaching continues from the kitchen to the restaurant table.
