Antfarm is a deterministic multi-agent workflow framework for OpenClaw that lets you spin up a complete AI engineering team with a single terminal command. Instead of wiring together ad-hoc prompts, you define specialized agents and repeatable steps in YAML, then let Antfarm orchestrate planning, implementation, verification, testing, and review.
Each workflow is composed of tightly scoped agents—planner, developer, verifier, tester, reviewer—running in fresh sessions with clean context. Agents verify each other, eliminating self-approval, while automatic retries and a dedicated medic agent handle failures and stuck runs. State is tracked in SQLite, with cron-based polling so agents independently claim work and pass context forward.
Antfarm ships with production-ready workflows such as feature-dev for turning feature requests into tested pull requests, security-audit for vulnerability scanning and patching, and bug-fix for triaging and resolving defects with regression tests. Every step follows the same playbook, so you get consistent, reviewable output instead of unpredictable chat transcripts.
Built as a minimal TypeScript CLI, Antfarm requires only YAML, SQLite, and cron—no Docker, queues, or external infrastructure. If you can write a prompt, you can customize workflows, define new personas, and enforce strict acceptance criteria in plain Markdown, all while leveraging the Ralph-style autonomous loop scaled to multi-agent teams.
