SleepOff is a compact macOS menu bar utility for long unattended work. What does SleepOff help with?

SleepOff keeps macOS awake when long-running work must not be interrupted, then gets out of the way when it is done.

Choose from three configurable profiles:

Keep Awake prevents idle system sleep.
Keep Awake, Allow Display Sleep lets work continue while the display sleeps normally.
System Default releases all SleepOff-created assertions and returns control to macOS.

Switch profiles from the menu bar or with global hotkeys, use an optional auto-deactivate timer, and launch automatically at login.

New in version 1.1.0: Agent Watch can switch back to System Default once a granted Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor CLI session folder stops changing for the selected interval. Only file modification times are checked; file contents are never read.

SleepOff uses public macOS APIs and transmits no data off your device. Available on the Mac App Store for $0.99.
