Rise is a mobile app to generate a 66 days life reset program for you to improve your life. Target users are people who feel down and lack of motivation/direction/purpose & want to get their shit together. The app will ask the users a set of questions on their current lifestyle, then generate a 66 days (10 weeks) program to improve their life in the following 6 perspective: sleep, water, exercise, mind, screen time, shower.
