OnSkillDemand connects the complete hiring evaluation workflow around the vacancy. Recruiters, hiring managers, and agency teams can:

• define a vacancy and its requirements;
• generate structured interview rounds and role-aware questions;
• use contextual guidance while preparing interviews;
• capture human notes, evidence, and scores;
• generate consistent evaluation reports;
• share decision-ready reports with relevant stakeholders. AI assists with drafting, structuring, and summarizing information. Its output remains editable and reviewable. OnSkillDemand does not autonomously hire or reject candidates—people remain responsible for every decision. The iOS and Android applications are already released and support the core workflow. We are currently completing the web interface around the same vacancy-to-report model. We are looking for feedback from recruiters, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies, particularly around onboarding, evidence traceability, structured evaluation, and client-ready reporting.
