I built Nugget because I kept reading books like Crucial Conversations and Atomic Habits, nodding along, and retaining nothing two weeks later. Summaries (Blinkist etc.) compress the reading but don't fix the forgetting — you're still passively consuming.

Nugget treats ideas from these books the way Duolingo treats vocabulary. You pick an area (communication, focus, negotiation — ~60 total), and each concept becomes a short interactive session: a quick intro, then three different exercise mechanics (sorting, scenario judgment, rewriting a bad response, spotting the trap in a story), then an "apply it" step where you commit to a concrete if-then plan for using the idea in real life. The app pings you 2–3 days later to ask whether you actually did it. consuming.
