I am a former tech recruiter and now Software Engineer. I wanted to create a project related to my background. When I was a recruiter and also afterwards as a candidate, I often worked with recruiters who either would recommend unrelated jobs or recruiters who would ghost me after an interview. Recruitment is a very lucrative profession, but because of the low bar to entry I think recently it's pretty saturated so there's a lot of bad recruiters out there. I built this in hopes that we can highlight the good ones and allow feedback for job seekers to share their experiences
