DXJ is a mobile app for U.S. adult patients with chronic conditions to capture and share their life experiences through multiple short surveys and get paid for it. Patients download the app from an app store, register, answer a few questions about their life and welfare, then receive payment after the user submits a survey. Today recognizing that patient decisions and actions have a greater impact on patient health than medical interventions and treatment plans is important.
