Discovery Companion started with CX and CCaaS transformation because that's the domain where we can best validate the workflow. The goal is to keep information connected from discovery through requirements and project documentation, rather than having consultants rebuild context across notes, spreadsheets and documents.

The current product is focused on discovery and requirements, with the possibility of supporting other types of discovery and transformation projects over time.
