Hey Microlaunch! π
What inspired this? I was building a side project over the holidays and realized I was about to install Intercom, Canny, and BugSnag just to handle basic user feedback. That's when it hit me. Most indie SaaS builders are either paying $200+/month for enterprise tools or cobbling together free tiers from 5 different services. There had to be a middle ground.
The problem: Early-stage SaaS needs professional support infrastructure, but can't justify the cost or complexity. You lose users because they can't easily report bugs, you miss valuable feedback, and you're flying blind on what's actually working.
How it evolved: Started as just a feedback widget. Then I kept thinking "what else do I always need?" Bug reporting with actual context (console logs, network data). A super easy to route everything to Slack or Emails without building another integration (discord coming soon). More cool widgets are coming soon like Changelog, Testimonials, Forms etc. The constraint I set: keep it under 100KB total. No bloat. If a feature couldn't justify its weight, it didn't make it in.
What I'd love feedback on: Does the pricing make sense for where you are? What integrations would make this a no-brainer for you? Is there a feature here you'd actually pay for, or something critical I'm missing?
