Automated Acknowledgments: When a user sends a message, Mailbridge automatically sends acknowledgment emails. You can mark issues as resolved directly in Slack/Discord, and the user receives feedback instantly. Follow-up emails can also be sent automatically, providing updates on progress or custom replies—all from your workflow.
Ticket Creation: Feedback that is deemed a bug or feature request by our agent automatically creates a ticket, including a link to the created ticket for easy tracking.
Team Collaboration: Invite team members to your workspace and tag them on individual feedback items on the dashboard. Soon, tagged team members will automatically receive notifications in Slack/Discord.
Knowledge Base: Build a knowledge base for your product. If incoming feedback matches an existing knowledge base entry (like repeat questions), Mailbridge automatically retrieves it and sends it to the user—saving your team time and effort.
