Before scrolling, you set a short Scroll Alarm. When your time is up, ScrollCheckpoint gives you a checkpoint to complete before you continue. Checkpoints can include general knowledge, vocabulary, math, science facts, reading, productivity prompts, creative writing, stretching, hydration, mood check-ins and more.
