Qlynic is a web-based, AI-native EMR and clinic command center built by Arxeon Inc. in Calgary, Alberta. It connects the steps around a visit, from booking and digital intake to clinical documentation, billing and the patient portal, within one shared workflow.

Patients can book through web and SMS, complete intake forms, receive reminders, communicate with the clinic and join telehealth visits. Clinic teams coordinate appointments across providers and branches in real time, with visibility into upcoming visits, intake readiness and clinic activity.

Clinical tools include encounter notes, coded prescribing, allergy checks, and lab, imaging and referral requisitions. The optional AI Scribe add-on drafts clinical documentation and suggests Alberta diagnosis and service codes for clinician review. A read-only operational AI advisor helps teams ask natural-language questions about clinic activity. Optional API access supports available appointment and doctor endpoints.

For Alberta family medicine and walk-in clinics, native AHCIP billing connects claims preparation and validation with assessments, corrected resubmissions and remittances. Submission runs through Arxeon, an Alberta Health-accredited direct H-Link submitter. Clinics outside Alberta can use Qlynic's broader clinic operations without requiring Alberta insurance billing.

Payments, invoicing, staff management, payroll and analytics extend the workspace beyond the encounter. Support includes a help centre, 24-hour assistance, phone support, ticketing, webinars and in-person training. Qlynic is a paid subscription product with no free plan or free trial.
