What does No Contact Tracker help with?

Why it exists: the no contact rule is the most common advice after a breakup and the hardest to follow. Most people track it in gym-streak apps that were never built for heartbreak.

What it does: counts your days against a 45/60/90-day target, unlocks a short piece of coaching at day 7, 30, 45, 60 and 90 (written by a coach from 1,000+ real cases), logs the urges you didn't act on, and keeps an honest restart count when you slip.

How it's built: one HTML file, localStorage only. No account, no server, no analytics. Installable as a PWA, plus a Chrome extension with a reliable daily reminder via chrome.alarms. Code is MIT on GitHub.
