As a visual person, I have developed LimanDoc to organize my documents, PDFs, and text/markdown files on a 2D canvas. It is fully offline and works on desktop OS with mobile coming soon! LimanDoc also allows the creation of inner boards(folders), enabling full file synchronization with the OS. You can always open the file outside of the app, say to sign a PDF, or edit an image, and the changes will be visible on Canvas right away.
