Elivio is a workspace for college and study-abroad counselors. It takes a student from their first conversation to finished, evidenced work, using two AI agents that sit on either side of the application journey.

The intake avatar. Counselors create a real-time video avatar with their own face or a ready-made one and share it as a private link. Students talk to it face to face. It asks about goals, target countries, intake, budget, grades, activities and exams, and records each answer into a structured profile while they talk. Its safety rules are fixed in code and can't be removed: it always says it is an AI, never promises admission or scholarships, never comments on admission chances, and directs a student in distress to human help. Counselors see the full transcript of every conversation.

The student copilot. Elivio suggests activities for each student across seven categories, from research projects and internships to community service, and the counselor approves them. The student's copilot turns an approved activity into a week-by-week plan. In live voice sessions it sees the student's shared screen, reads their documents (PDF, Word, text) and connected GitHub, Figma and Google Docs, and runs an AI completion check before a task counts as done. Highlight clips from sessions and the finished work go onto a proof-of-work page the student can publish.

Reporting. A progress report updates after every copilot session and is visible to both counselor and student. Counselors also get a report builder with PDF export, and on paid plans a meeting recorder with transcripts, summaries and action items, Google Calendar, Meet and Zoom integrations, and team accounts.

Pricing. A free plan that never expires covers one counselor and up to five students. Paid plans are $99 per month or $799 per year, each with 2,000 credits per month. Students assigned to a counselor use the copilot at no extra cost.
