Fueler was born from Riten's personal frustration with how broken the hiring process is. After freelancing for 4+ years and working with 70+ brands globally, he saw firsthand how the system fails creative people who want to be judged on their abilities rather than exam scores or college names.

Here's the crazy part: Riten started building Fueler as a bootstrapped startup with literally $0 in savings. Him and his remote team (Chandan, Aquib, Anshu, and Abhishek) built everything through freelancing income, working from small towns and villages across India. They survived month to month, juggling client work and product building, never compromising on quality.

It wasn't glamorous, but it was real.
